Members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Nando ward three have further reaffirmed their support for the Obiano administration for its unprecedented development of Anambra State.
Members of the Ward stated this during their meeting at Nando Town Hall, Anambra East Local Government Area.
While speaking shortly after the meeting, the member representing Anambra East Constituency at the state Assembly and a member of the Ward, Chief Obinna Emeneka explained that the meeting was designed for members to strengthen their bond and identify issues bordering on the progress of APGA in Nando Ward Three.
Chief Emeneka, who lamented that a certain individual has been impersonating as the chairman of APGA at Nando Ward Three, made it clear that Nando will never tolerate any form of impersonation and undue alteration of list generated from the Ward.
The Lawmaker appreciated Governor Willie Obiano for giving Nando access road through Community Choose Your Project Initiative, street lights, water and political appointments to indigenes among others.
On his part, the chairman of APGA Nando ward three, Mr. Amobi Ejimofor, who commended Honourable Emeneka for his quality representation, stated that the meeting was used to resolve issues in the ward and reaffirm their unflinching support for Governor Obiano and Honourable Emeneka.
He restated that Nando Ward Three is politically stable and will continue to support any APGA government.
The President General, Nando Caretaker Committee, Mr. Tony Mary announced that the community has felt the impact of the Obiano administration and commended the leadership of APGA in Nando ward three for bringing them together to discuss the welfare of the community.
In his remark, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Mr. Victor Ekemezie and a stakeholder, Mr. Christopher Nwafor noted that the meeting achieved the desired result.
In his contribution, the Executive Assistant to the Governor on Community liaison, Mr. Joseph Osita, who lauded Governor Obiano’s spectacular achievements in the state, commended him for extending dividends of democracy to the rural areas with Community Choose Your Project Initiative.
