An ultra-modern-luxury estate in Amichi, the Aku-Luo-Uno Garden Estate has been commissioned and opened for sale at Umuwehi Amichi, Nnewi South council area.

The Aku-Luo-Uno Garden Estate which is the first of its kind in Amichi was commissioned by the Chairman Chisco group of company, Chief Chidi Anyaegbu.

Onyinye Agubaeze was there and reports that the estate occupies forty-seven acres of land with  facilities such as twenty-four hours maximum security, twenty-four hours clean water supply, interlock road within the estate, street light, recreational centre and mini supermarket.

Chief Chidi Anyaegbu while declaring the estate open for sales, thanked God and applauded the landowner, Chief Mike Umeh for the initiative towards the development of Amichi as it has added value to the community.

In an interview, the landlord, Chief Mike Umeh, expressed joy over the success of the commissioning noting that the estate intends to bring even development to the community.

Also, the chairman Antotorino Investment Nigeria Limited, Mr Anthony Dike and the site engineer, Mr Kwentor Osolu, assured that the facilities in the estate would provide  improved  living standard to people at an affordable rate advising investors and Ndi Anambra to explore  the opportunity.

In their separate reactions, some stakeholders in the community,  including Mr Mmaduabuchi Nwezoke and Mr Sunday Emeghebo, thanked God for bringing development to the community through Chief Mike.
