The All Progressives Grand Alliance Party, APGA has commenced mobilization to complete its party secretariat in Awka.
The National Chairman of the party, Chief Victor Oye in company of the State Chairman, Sir Norbert Obi, Majority Leader in the state House of Assembly, Dr. Nnamdi Okafor, House Committee Chairman on Health, Hon. Carter Umeh, among others, visited the site for on -the -spot assessment, and to design ways to revive and modernize the building project.
On arrival, most of the block works and concrete columns on the two buildings have been completed and still in tact.
According to Chief Oye, by June of this year, the project must have gone very far, and directed the proposed Engineer of the project to produce a modern design in the next seven days.
The National Chairman revealed that APGA is better positioned to retain the Governorship in Anambra state come November 6th and called on party faithful to rally round and get in touch with the state secretariat to complete the project in record time.
As for Sir Obi, getting the project done during his tenure will be a thing of joy, promising to give neccessary support.
Dr. Nnamdi Okafor and Hon. Carter Umeh appreciated the party leadership including the BOT Chairman, Governor Willie Obiano, for thinking towards the direction of completing the project which they said will help the image of the party.
Cash donations were made by the State Secretariat, Dr. Okafor and Hon. Umeh on the spot to immediately commence work.
