The Special Adviser to the Governor on Special Duties and Public Orientation, Honourable Ify Obinabo has commended Governor Willie Obiano for his consistency in delivering democracy dividends to Ndi Anambra since he assumed office.
Honourable Obinabo, who made the commendation in Awka, said that Governor Obiano has left lasting legacies in the state.
According to her, the most prominent of Governor Obiano’s numerous projects in Anambra State remains the soon- to-be completed and commissioned Anambra International Cargo Airport at Umuleri, which she said has become a reality that surprised pessimists.
She noted that Governor Obiano in his seven years in office has not only lived up to expectations in keeping his promises to Ndi Anambra by Continuing, Commencing, Completing and Commissioning projects that impacted positively on the lives of the citizens, but has tremendously improved on the security architecture of the state.
The Special Adviser while felicitating with the Governor on his seventh Anniversary in office, urged Ndi Anambra to take ownership of the various government projects in their domain by safeguarding and protecting them for posterity.
