Liver To Deliver  has organized it is second Edition of Town Hall Meeting and Empowerment Programme for the people of Onitsha North Constituency Two.

The event took place at the Constituency Office at New American Road attracted Top Government Officials, APGA Stalwarts, representative of Obi in Council among others.

Correspondent Emengini Osadebe reports that the programme featured interactive session with the youths, Empowerment and issuance of zero interest loan to some youths sponsored by Mr Edward Ibuzo, Member Representing Onitsha North Constituency Two in the State House of Assembly.

Items distributed include Five Tricycles, Ten Sewing Machines, Ten Grinding Machines, Ten Power Generating sets, bags of Rice and Fifty thousand Naira Zero Interest Loan each to sixteen youths who were trained on various enterpreneural Skills.

Speaking to the ABS in  separate interviews, the Transition Committee Chairman for Onitsha North Local Government Area Mr Patrick Agha Mba and the APGA Chairman Onitsha North Local Government  Area Mr Martine Obika commended the house member for his initiative and consistence, describing the empowerment Programme as human capital development which is part of good governance as government cannot do it alone, urging him not to relent.

On their parts an APGA Chieftain Chief Chukwuma Umeorji, APGA National Publicity Secretary Mr Tex Okechukwu and APGA State Secretary Mr Tony Ifeanya applauded Mr Ibuzo for keeping faith the people of his Constituency describing the programme as a remarkable which can only be found within APGA government and called on the people to always give APGA government their needed support.

Mr Edward Ibuzo the Founder of the Liver to Deliver Foundation said the interactive session provides him the opportunity to feel the pulse of the people, describing his Foundation where people are trained on how to develop their Capacity and become self-reliant as human Development Factory.

He encouraged the people of his Constituency irrespective of party affiliation to avail themselves the opportunity of the training and key into the entrepreneurial programme of the Foundation.

Some of the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to God and to their benefactor while pledging to their maximum support to APGA government.

Highpoint were presentation of certificates to those who have completed their training in computer studies and Entrepreneurial programmes, presentation of cheques for fifty thousand naira each of zero Interest loan to Sixteen Youths as well as other empowerment materials.
