The APGA Campaign Media Directorate has condemned the statement credited to the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress – APC, Senator Andy Uba claiming that the wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr. Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano will soon join APC.
In a statement, the Deputy Director of Media, APGA Campaign Directorate, Mr Emeka Ozumba said that Dr. Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano is not contemplating joining APC.
He wondered Why anyone should contemplate abandoning a popular and performing party like the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, to join APC, a party without presence in Anambra state.
Mr Ozumba attributed the claims to what he called the difficulty Mr Ubah is facing in convincing Ndi Anambra of what he will do differently to move Anambra state forward.
Mr Ozumba advised Senator Ubah that Anambra electorate are discerning enough to differentiate between pretenders and serious candidates and know that Professor Chukwuma Soludo of APGA remains the only candidate that will meet their expectations.
