People have been cautioned against politics of bitterness and hate.
Wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Ebelechukwu Obiano gave the advice at Ekwulobia during the campaign tour of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in Aguata Local Government Area.
Dr. Obiano maintained that politics is not a do or die affair, emphasizing that Governor Willie Obiano has performed creditably in all facets of human endeavour, expressing optimism that Professor Chukwuma Soludo the APGA candidate for next week’s election will continue from where the Governor will stop.
The National Chairman of the party Dr Victor Oye, said that APGA has proven to be the only party that means well for Ndi Anambra just as the Former National Chairman of the party, Senator Victor Umeh canvassed support for Professor Soludo.
Responding,Professor Soludo who extolled the zoning arrangement that exists in the party assured that the people of the area are solidly behind the party, revealing that voters card will be available from today, for those who just registered, pleading with them to come out en-masse for next Saturday’s election.
Present at the event were the party’s deputy Governorship candidate, Dr. Onyekachuwku Ibezim, Transition Committee Chairman for Aguata Local Government Area, Chief Eche Ezeibe, Commissioner for Public Utilities, Mr. Emeka Ezenwanne and his health counterpart, Dr. Vincent Okpala, among others.
