The Directorate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance Campaign for Disability Constituency has urged residents of Anambra state to vote for the party and Prof. Soludo In the November Sixth Governorship Election
The Director of the campaign, Barr. Chuks Ezewuzie made this known while addressing the press in Awka.
Correspondent Chibuzor Okoye reports that according to Barrister Ezewuzie, the four pillars of Prof. Soludo’s plan which are economic transformation, social agenda, governance, rule of law, among others are sufficient enough to turn around the economic fortunes of Anambra state.
He maintained that under the social agenda of the APGA’s candidate for the election, taking care of the vulnerable is a yardstick for measuring the strength and impact of a strong economy on the populace.
The Director eulogized governor Willie Obiano for signing the Disability Right law in 2018, which he said is in tandem with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and patterned after the ” Americans with Disability Act”.
Barrister Ezewuzie who is also the Special Adviser to Governor Obiano on Disability Matters noted that Prof. Soludo has the connection, competence, capability and creativity to take the State to the next level, and appealed to Ndi Anambra to vote for prof. Soludo in the November sixth Anambra state governorship election.
