AC Peterson Electronics has launched its first electronic showroom in Awka, Anambra State capital, to offer customers the convenience of purchasing home electronics and appliances.
Correspondent Emmanuel Chigbata reports that the new showroom, sited close to Unizik Juntion, along the Onitsha/Enugu Expressway, is positioned to serve customers within the South/East Region.
The new showroom has in stock all categories of LG products, Thermocool, Hisense, and Binatone innovative products, including home entertainment, business solutions to home appliances, and Perkins plants.
Speaking, the chairman on the occasion, and the National Vice President of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene, commended AC Peterson for thinking and investing home adding that the business has created more employment opportunities for youths.
While calling on Ndi Anambra to patronize AC Peterson, Chief Okeke-Ogene urged him to concentrate more so that he can establish in all parts of the country even as he prayed God to bless him and promote his businesses.
On his part, the chief host and Managing Director AC Peterson, Chief Ambrose Egwuonwu, said he established the business in response to the state government’s call on Think Home Philosophy as well as to assist in curbing unemployment and criminality rate in Nigeria.
Chief Egwuonwu, who solicited for patronage from both private and government sectors, assured of quality service delivery even as he expressed gratitude to God, who guided him all through the journey of expanding his business with over ten branches and over one hundred staff across Nigeria.
In an interview, a former member of the state House of Assembly, Chief Uchenna Ogbonna, and a friend to AC Peterson, Chief Reuben Arinze, described the showroom as a welcome development as people do not need to travel far to get electronics.
The event, which was capped with consecration of the showroom by Reverend Father Andrew Nwake, attracted government functionaries, business experts and stakeholders from Orumba North and South Council Areas.
