A new branch of Radopin Supermarket has been officially opened at the Akwata-Junction in Awka, for improved services to its customers.

Radopin Supermarket is one of the leading supermarkets in Awka which has existed for over twenty years, with the capacity of providing customers with ideal services.

Availability of escalator inside the shopping mall for easy accessing of goods at the gallery by the customers, makes the new branch of Radopin Supermarket unique.

speaking after inspecting the supermarket on behalf of Governor Willie Obiano, the outgoing Anambra State Head of Service, Mr Harry Uduh while commending Mr Raphael Azolo for assisting the government in increasing the internally generated revenue and providing employment opportunity for the teeming youths, assured to keep improving the security architecture of the State in order to keep attracting investors for more development and employment opportunities in the State.

On his part, the Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Mr Uchenna Okafor who described the new mall as one of best in town, called on other wealthy Ndi Anambra both at home and in the diaspora to build more industries in the State as a way of complementing the efforts of the Obiano – led administration in creating enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

In  various interviews, the Vice President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo World-wide, Chief Damian Okeke-Ogene, an APGA Chieftain Chief Titus Anigbogu, one time Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Chief Kelue Muolokwu, and Reverend Father Anthony Chiegboka, encouraged young men and women to embrace hard work.

Dedicating the shopping mall, the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese Most Reverend Paulinus Ezeokafor prayed for more God’s blessings on the Radopin supermarket Chairman, and urged the management to avoid sale of inferior goods in the mall.

In their remarks, the Chairman of Radopin Supermarket, Mr Azolo, and the Director of the Supermarket, Mr Chukwuebuka Azolo who went down memory lane on how the supermarket which was started in the year 1986 as a little provision shop and later metamorphosed to the present Radopin Supermarket, advised individuals not to be afraid of venturing into business with little capital as God can make one great with little capital.
