A former stakeholder of the All-Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Mr. Mbazulike Iloka has been officially, received back into APGA.
Mr. Iloka, who before he left APGA, was a state officer of the party, was warmly received back at Nnewi by party stakeholders.
Correspondent Chimezie Umeh reports that Mr. Iloka, who was a former youth leader, was a well-known APGA faithful in Nnewi North before he left the party to head ‘Afa Igbo Efunna’ group.
In his speech while receiving Mr. Iloka, the National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Oye noted that Mr. Iloka is and will always remain a strong-party member, as the ‘Onye Aghana Nwanne Ya’ slogan of the party is a binding force on all.
Represented by the state chairman of APGA, Sir Norbert Obi, Chief Oye urged Mr. Iloka to be more resolute and steadfast in his support for APGA, especially in moving the party forward within Nnewi North Council Area, and making sure that leadership seats within the local government are captured by the party.

The APGA National Vice Chairman South-South, Chief Tony Eboka, Member Representing Orumba South at the State Assembly, Honorable Emmanuel Nwafor and the state Deputy Chairman of APGA, Mr. Tony Omeligwe described the coming back of Mr. Iloka to APGA as awesome.
Others, who spoke at the event, including the former President General of Uruagu Nnewi, Chief Charles Nwaonye and a party member, Barrister Nonso Arinze, described Mr. Iloka as a resolute, passionate and goal-oriented man.
Responding, Mr. Iloka, who emphasized that he has always been an APGA member as it remains his root, promised that APGA will keep waxing strong in the state, especially in his constituency, which he said would soon capture leadership positions hitherto occupied by other political parties.
The event attracted APGA Stakeholders within the council area and beyond, including the member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, Honorable Chinedu Obidigwe represented by Honorable Patrick Udeoba of the state House of Assembly, the Convener of Women Initiative for Greater Anambra WIGA, Mrs. Amaka Obi among other party faithful.
