In order to harness talents not only in the entertainment industry but across board to gainfully empower the youths while showing that every skill and talent matters. De Seeker’ reality show, a platform for talent hunt has been inaugurated.
Correspondent Kenechukwu Chukwudi reports that while speaking at the event, the organizer of the reality show, Mr Anthony Kelechi remarked that given the abundance of talent in the country, it’s important to provide a platform for them to be harnessed and become valuable and noted that those who are interested in the show can apply through the show’s website and follow them on their social media handle for updates, as the winner will go home with thirty million Naira and more.
A member of the organizing team, Mr Chibueze Ezechukwu emphasized that the show seeks to bring talents together for them to interact and learn both from others and from themselves on ways to harness their gift, pointing that the show will be a continuous one and also a reference point in the future.
Another Organizing team member, Mr. Ekene Ezeumeanya explained that show is not only meant for those in the entertainment industry but cuts across those who have any sort skill or talent, as they will be housed for six weeks or more and taken through different stages of task for the winner to emerge.
Some celebrities who spoke in an interview at the show including Mr. Osinachi Dike popularly known as Apama and Sister Ekwitosi expressed their happiness for being on the show and noted that reality show will go a long way in discovering and harnessing talents, advising budding talents to believe in themselves and be original in their craft.
Other celebrities who graced and performed at the show included KC of E-Money group, Mr. Raw, Sloddog, Humble Smith, Unku SP, Lord Zeus and host of others.
