Igbos for Progressive and United Nationhood, IPAN, has called on Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo to look inwardly to ascertain the major challenges of the people, especially the civil servants and the downtrodden.

The National President of IPAN, Comrade Lawrence Onuzulike who stated this in his release to newsmen observed that many retired teachers have not started receiving their pensions and gratuities.

Comrade Onuzulike commended Governor Soludo who had visited some schools to see things for himself, and urged him to sustain the tempo.

According to the group, the new government should not lose focus, but concentrate on practical ways to transform the state.

IPAN called on Ndi Anambra, especially aggrieved politicians from other parties and their supporters to support Professor Soludo to move the state forward.

The group pledged to continue to work with the State government to ensure that voices of the masses are heard by the governor and that dividends of democracy are delivered to the people.
