A renowned youth activist and an All Progressives Grand Alliance stakeholder in Awka, Comrade Ossy Onuko has declared interest to run for Awka South One Constituency election in the 2023 general elections.
Comrade Onuko disclosed this at his Ward, Umudioka Awka Ward three yesterday.
Correspondent Chibuzor Okoye reports that while addressing his people Comrade Onuko said that his interest is to bring effective and quaility representation to his people by tackling youth unemployment, bring innovation among others, and promised to deliver beyond expectations if given the mandate.
Comrade Onuko maintained that APGA is the best political party in Nigeria because of its ideology and made it clear that Governor Chukwuma Soludo needs vibrant and competent lawmakers who will help him to implement his blueprint in order to transform Anambra state.
The APGA Awka Ward Three Chairman, Mr. Patrick Anikpeh disclosed that Comrade Onuko has the competency and capacity to deliver if given the ticket by the party.
In their various remarks, an APGA chieftain in the ward, Engineer Chuks-Michael Mofunanya, Ozo Ejike Nwude and APGA Awka Ward One Chairman, Comrade Emmanuel Oyeoka, all said that Comrade Onuko is the best candidate for the parliamentary job and prayed God to sustain him.
