Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has felicitated with his immediate predecessor, Chief Willie Obiano, who clocked sixty-seven years yesterday, August eight, 2022.
Governor Soludo in his message, commended the former governor’s passionate service to the state and the good people of Anambra.
He declared that attaining the age of sixty-seven is a milestone achievement that deserves celebration, having served and become an accomplished politician, banker and technocrat within these years.
A release signed by the Press Secretary to Governor Soludo, Mr. Christian Aburime noted that as the fourth democratically elected Governor of Anambra State,Governor Obiano contributed his best and history will be kind to him.
On behalf of his family, the government and people of Anambra State, Governor Soludo wished Governor Obiano long life, sound health and many more years of service to his fatherland and humanity.
In a related development, Governor Soludo also congratulated the minister for Labour and Employment,Senator Chris Ngige, who clocked seventy years old.
According to a release signed by the Press Secretary, Mr. Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo in a birthday message commended Senator Ngige, describing him as an accomplished politician, an erstwhile Governor of Anambra State, Senator and now minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The release quoted Governor Soludo describing the feats as commendable achievements as an illustrious son of the state and on behalf of his family, the government and people of Anambra State, wished him many more years of service to his fatherland.
