A staff of Engineering Department, Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, Mr Ekenedilichukwu Ndubuisi has completed the burial rites of his late father, Mr. Chukwuma Ndubuisi at Ubaru Village Igbariam, Anambra East Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The burial activities attracted Awube Kindred, members of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Future Hope Social Club, Families, Friends and well-wishers, among others.
The Late Mr Ndubuisi was aged seventy-two.
He was a retired civil Servant, a member of the Holy Spirit Adoration Family Igbariam, and also a founding member of Saint Jude Society of Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church, Igbariam, where he left good legacies.
Testimonies confirmed that Late Ndubuisi was very intelligent and enthusiastic, strong, energetic and hardworking, despite the fact that he was handicapped.
In an interview, the first son of the deceased, Ekenedilichukwu Ndubisi said losing his father was painful and traumatic as his father was a rare gem, friend, protector, counselor and role model and prayed God to accept his soul.
Also speaking, the second son of the deceased, Mr Emeka Ndubuisi, said that his father died at a time he never expected, after struggling to train them to university level, adding that he will miss him dearly.
The Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Sir Chido Obidiegwu represented by the Principal Administrative Officer of the ABS, Mr Theophilus Ojukwu said that Ekenedilichukwu is a devoted staff of ABS and prayed God to grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Some friends of the family, relations, in-laws and well-wishers from all walks of life who spoke to the ABS on the life of the Late Ndubuisi, eulogized him as a man who lived a life worthy of emulation.
The Immediate family members of late Ndubuisi, relations, in-laws and well-wishers used the occasion to pay condolences to the deceased family.
Left to mourn him were his wife, Mrs Theresa Ndubuisi, seven children and eight grandchildren.
