Anambra State APGA Deputy Chairman, Chief Tony Elee, has advised Ndi Anambra to shun monetary inducement as the 2023 governorship and state assembly elections draw closer.
Chief Elee, who gave the advice in Awka, condemned monetary inducement in its entirety, explaining that the situation where eligible voter sells his or her vote to the highest bidder is highly detrimental to the future of the country.
He cautioned political parties and individuals that engage in vote buying and other inducement to retrace their steps to enable the electorate vote wisely.
Chief Elee applauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo for championing the cause of the party in the state, describing him as a visionary leader that has impacted positively in areas of roads, health care delivery and other infrastructural strides in the state.
The APGA Chieftain urged Ndi Anambra to continue to support APGA, being the only political party that has the interest of people at heart.
