The Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim has described the All progressives Grand Alliance as a political party with a clear vision.

 

Speaking to newsmen in Awka, Dr Ibezim said that the All progressives Grand Alliance has through its leadership style brought even development to the people of the State.

 

He maintained that the administration of Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has continued to embark on quality projects especially roads which are aimed at improving the living standards of the people.

 

The Deputy Governor who posited that the massive road construction and reconstruction going on in all the twenty-one local government areas across the State and the upward review of the twenty-million-naira community choose your project initiative to twenty-five million is part of the efforts of the Soludo administration to open up the hinterlands.

 

Dr Ibezim said that in its determination to ensure quality teaching and learning in schools and colleges across Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration has employed five thousand teachers for both primary and secondary Schools across the state and has another plan to employ more of such teachers.

 

He called on Ndi Anambra to support the kind gesture of Governor Soludo in the development of the State in less than one year in office by voting for all APGA candidates in this Saturday’s House of Assembly election to enable the governor to have formidable law makers that he will work with.

 

The Deputy Governor used the opportunity to caution youths against being used as thugs by politicians during and after the election and charged them to key into the various youth empowerment programmes of the Soludo administration to become self-reliant.

 

 

Dr Ibezim also called for prayers to ensure the success of the forthcoming House of Assembly election in Anambra State.
