The Transition committeeChairman of Anaocha Local government area Chief Gerald Ozoh has called on the federal government to map out far reaching measures that will create a bright future for the Youths.
Speaking at Neni during the 2023 international day of the Youths, Chief Ozoh who described youths as future hope of the society made a strong case for proper policies that will enable them assert their functions properly as leaders of tomorrow.
Chief Ozoh who enumerated various Programmes and empowerments put in place by the Local Government Area to make the Youths useful citizens, cautioned youths against acts capable of marring their future.
The transition committee Chairman of Anaocha Local government area, commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for being youth friendly, which is manifesting in the introduction of various empowerment Programmes ranging from his one youth two skills Initiative, and the launch of Solution Innovation District in Awka where youths will be trained in various digital skills.
Chief Ozoh called on the Youths of Anambra State extraction to take advantage of various empowerment Programmes designed for them by Governor Chukwuma Soludo to become self-reliant in addition to being employers of labour.
Meanwhile, As the world celebrates the International Youth Day, the Transition Committee Chairman of Njikoka Local Government Area, Chief Clem Aguiyi has facilitated with all the youths around the world, particularly the youths of Anambra State for all their enterprise and accomplishments.
He urged the youths to remain partners for good and to take full advantage of the government’s human capital development agenda with no one left behind.
He commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his youth friendly policies while asking the youths to reciprocate the governor’s good governance with their unflinching support.
