The Archdeacon, Abagana Archdeaconry and Vicar, Saint Peter’s Church Abagana, Venerable Solomon Chidoka has challenged Christians to always show gratitude and appreciation to God who he said will in turn bless them immeasurably.

Venerable Chidoka who stated this in a sermon during Sunday service which is the last in the month of October, noted that all things, wealth, riches, good life, longevity and abundance are of the Lord and it is important to thank him and praise his name always.

Venerable Chidoka explained that the benefits of thanksgiving are enormous and is the secret of Christendom and frowned at those who having been blessed felt it was their efforts, taking glory or visiting other places to show appreciation.

Evangelist Egwuonwu noted that the source of the light is Jesus Christ urging them to resist darkness and become salt of the nation, lampstand which gives light to others and to ensure that the originality of the light of Jesus is seen in them.

The Vicar, Christ Redemption Church, Ezi-Awka, Venerable Onyinyechukwu Illione, encouraged Christians to run the race of faith and fix their eyes on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of their faith reminding the parishioners that the journey of heaven is all about faith and focused.
