Master Victor received five hundred thousand naira, while Master Onyebuchi received two hundred and twenty thousand naira for their outstanding academic achievements.

Also from Community High School, Agbiligba, Nanka, Chioma Okeke emerged second best and received three hundred thousand naira, and Chinemere Idoko took third position and received two hundred thousand naira.

At the primary school level, Esther Okafor came second and received one hundred and forty thousand naira, while Chukwuebuka Ezeaku came third and received ninety thousand naira.

The scholarships were instituted by Nze Na Ozo Cultural Association, Agbiligba, in partnership with the families of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Orankanma and Igwe Joseph Nwankwo Ezenekwe, indicating commitment to Governor Chukwuma Soludo's Public Private Community Partnership initiative.

One of the key members of the Nze Na Ozo Cultural Association, Chief Patrick Okeke, explained that the outstanding academic performances of Master Onyebuchi Emezue at Aguata and Orumba North school competitions attracted the association to the school, and that the scholarship is a way to encourage the school children, as he described them as their assets for a greater tomorrow, and appealed to other traditional institutions to get involved in community development in whichever capacity they can.

In their remarks, the Aguata Diocesan Education Secretary, Reverend Canon Innocent Chukwukeremadu, and the Headteacher, Primary School, Agbiligba, Nanka, Mrs. Nkechinyere Okeke, while appreciating the benefactors, described the scholarship as historic, as education remains the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty, and noted that by investing in the children of Agbiligba Village, the benefactors are sowing seeds that will yield generations of leaders, professionals, and responsible citizens.

The pupils and students, apart from their classroom work, were given a quiz on their knowledge of the history of the Nanka community.

The Overall Best Student and Pupil, Masters Ogbuniba and Emezue, expressed deep appreciation to their benefactors and promised to put more effort into their studies.

Highlights included prize giving and the distribution of books and school bags to the pupils.
